This low mile, 2016 Unity U24MB Class C Leisure Travel Van has the 2016 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 3500 Dual Rear Wheel Chassis (a $4,500 value), a 3.0 L V6 Turbo Bluetec Diesel with 188 HP/325 ft./lbs. Torque and a 5 Speed Auto Transmission.

She comes with White Suede FBP, the Illusions Interior package with Fog leather and Chestnut Cherry Cabinets.  She also has the Matte Glamour Package Option (Matte Ivory Uppers, Accent Lighting, & White Corian).

She runs on Alcoa Dura Bright Aluminum Wheels, with 2022 Michelin Agilis tires (that have less  than 600 miles on them), and has a 5,000 Lb Rear Hitch w/Receiver.

The bathroom has a Shower w/Door & Skylight, a Solid Surface Seamless sink, a China, Foot Flush toilet with Sprayer, and a Medicine Cabinet.  She also has the Trauma AquaGo Comfort Plus Hot Water Heater upgrade and the owner moved the Trauma Aqua Hot Main Switch and Module inside coach for convenience.

The coach is cooled by a Low Profile 15,000 BTU Ducted A/C w/ Heat Pump and is heated by a 16,000 BTU Ducted Furnace.  She also has the optional Thermal Controlled Fans with Rain Sensors in the Galley and bathroom.

Power in this coach is thanks to 6V Dual Coach Batteries, a Converter/w Battery Charger (55 Amp), a 1200 Watt inverter, 2 100W Flex Solar Panels and a 3.2 KW Onan Diesel Generator With Auto Change Over Switch (rather than the standard LP generator).  The coach also has a whole coach Surge Protector.

Exterior features include Integrated Running Boards and Flares, 2 electric stabilizer jacks, an LED Patio Light w/ Interior Wall Switch, Power Patio Box Awning w/ Integrated LED Lights, Slide Topper Awning, Exterior Shower, Black Tank Flush, and a whole coach Water Filter System.

The owner has taken meticulous care of this coach including taking it to Mercedes for its major (and expensive) “B” service in 2022, having all warranty items taken care of, including rear wheel sensor replacements, installing a new chassis battery and deep cycle house batteries in 2021, installing a Timbren SES suspension enhancement system, and improving storage for the Thedford Surelock sewer hose.

The coach has had no pets or smokers and has been stored inside when not on the road.  All you need to do is come and drive her and you will want to take her home.  She is better than new!
