Used 2008 Newmar Dutch Star 4023

This is an exceptional 2008 Newmar Dutch Star 4023 Motorhome.  She has been lovingly cared for, maintained, serviced and updated, and drives like new.  Ask her owner for all the things that he has done to this coach – and you will be impressed.

She is a quad slide, mid-bath motorhome, powered by an ISL Cummins 425 HP (Pre DEF) diesel, is mated to an Allison MH 3000 transmission, rides on a Spartan Mountain Master Chassis (that had a Spartan Factory Rebuild in 2021) with Comfort Drive, has HWH hydraulic leveling jacks with automatic and manual controls, and has a 10,000 lb hitch weight.

She looks lovely with her Cider FBP, her Accu Brite aluminum wheels (shod with Michelin 305 x 70R 22.5 tires that were replaced in 2020), her Cider Décor and her Coastal Cherry cabinetry.

The cockpit features start with keyless entry, a double entry electric step, a power driver window, Ultra Leather powered drivers and (oversized) passenger seats, VIP Smart steering wheel, chrome, convex remote-controlled mirrors with defrost and turn signals, electronic chassis information on the dash, AM/FM dash radio/CD player, cruise control, Voyager rear and side view cameras, and electric day/night windshield shades.

The interior boasts a padded vinyl ceiling, LED lighting, MCD manual day/night shades, polished porcelain tile floor in main living areas, carpet in the bedroom, powered roof vents, and solid cherry wood lambrequin window treatments.

The A/V features include the Traveler II Winegard satellite system (installed in 2020), a Winegard Rayzar automatic HDTV antenna, a 42 inch televator TV in the living area and a 24 inch TV in the bedroom.

Furniture consists of a custom entertainment center w/TV/DVD/Storage, 2 Lambright Ultra Leather swivel/rocker recliners and a separate dinette table and 2 chairs (and 2 folding) w/credenza computer center.

The coach has 2 Penguin 15K BTU ducted reverse-cycle A/C units and also has an Oasis diesel heating system.

Electrics include an 8.0 kw Cummins Onan Diesel generator (w/978 hours), a 50 Amp service w/electric power cord reel, 2 – 12V starter batteries and 4 – 6V chassis batteries (replaced in 2020), a 2,000W inverter, and a 100W solar panel.

Exterior features include 3 slide out trays (1 full, 1 ½, 1 ¼ for the Dometic freezer), electric basement locks, Dometic power patio and door awnings, slide toppers (all new in 2020), electric freshwater reel, outside shower, rear ladder, double paned insulated windows, 10-piece Textilene window and tire covers and is fitted for tow air brakes and the Blue Ox tow system (which is one of the many items that the owner will include if the buyer is interested).
